Goal Line Capital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through goallinecapital.com, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the inquiries you submit through it.
It does not change any privacy notice you receive as a client in connection with brokerage or advisory services. Where a client privacy notice and this policy differ, the client notice governs those services.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site, request the Goal Line Budget Sheet, or contact us by phone or email, we collect the details you provide. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to write in a message field.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect standard technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the referring page, and the dates and times of your visits. We also record marketing attribution values that appear in the link you arrived through, such as utm_ campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers, so we can understand which efforts bring people to the site.
Information from other sources. If you become a client, we may receive information about you from custodians, our broker-dealer, our registered investment adviser, and other service providers involved in delivering your accounts and plan.
Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this website’s forms or by unencrypted email.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule an introductory conversation.
- To send the materials or tools you requested.
- To provide, administer, and improve our services and this website.
- To communicate with you about our services, events, and educational content.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
- To meet our legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, and supervisory obligations.
Submitting a form does not create an advisory relationship or an obligation on either side. An advisory relationship begins only under a signed agreement.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers. Vendors who host this site, deliver email, provide security screening, and support our customer relationship and marketing systems, each acting on our behalf.
- Our broker-dealer, adviser, and custodians. Securities and investment advisory services are offered through Simplicity Investments and TLG Advisors, Inc. Client information may be shared with them, and with custodians such as Charles Schwab, AssetMark, and BNY Mellon Pershing, as needed to open and service accounts.
- Professionals you involve. Your accountant, attorney, or other advisers, when you ask us to coordinate with them.
- Legal and regulatory. Regulators, auditors, and law enforcement where required by law, subpoena, examination, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
- Business transfers. A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your session, and measure how the site is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site function. We honor browser-based opt-out signals where required by applicable law.
Security screening
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps us tell people apart from automated submissions. Cloudflare processes limited technical information for that purpose under its own Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
How we protect information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, and disclosure, and we limit access to those who need it to do their jobs. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to satisfy the recordkeeping periods that apply to financial services firms. When information is no longer required, we dispose of it securely.
Your choices and rights
- You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
- You can ask us to correct or update the information you have given us.
- Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to appeal a denial of those requests.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and some information must be retained to meet regulatory obligations.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
